How to Use Favicon Generator

No. The image is resized locally in your browser and the icon files are generated there too, so your artwork is never uploaded to or retained on our servers. Clearing the page discards it completely.
Yes. Uploading favicon.ico alone is not enough for every browser. Paste the generated link tags into the <head> section of your template, ideally immediately after the opening head tag, and clear any cached copy while testing.
